Description
5Rhythms DC is a home in the Washington DC area for all who wish to find movement in their lives through 5Rhythms® moving meditation.
We come from Washington, DC; the Maryland suburbs; and Northern Virginia. We organize dances in the greater DC area, (4 to 5 events monthly Bethesda, MD, as well as other locations), and special workshop events.
We are dedicated to encouraging and supporting the growth of the practice and so we carry details of 5Rhythms® workshops throughout the Mid-Atlantic States.
