Chef Diane was awesome! Very friendly and knew all her facts. The class had a very relaxed vibe, which was great. And I walked out of there being more confident about making cauliflower crust pizza and delicious basil pesto! Only thing that caught me off-guard which is why it's not a full 5 stars, is that I thought that each person would be making their own pie. But it was more like 1 pie per 2 people. And given that it was me and 2 friends (total of 3) and we had 1 stranger at our table, we had to share 1 pizza for the 3 of us.

The main ingredients were premade and ketchup was tomato sauce. You get what you pay for.

It was a very nice class, the recipe didn't surprise me but the chefs were always charring a lot of knowledge. I highly recommend it!
