Eva Langston received her M.F.A. from the University of New Orleans. Her fiction has been published widely and nominated for the Pushcart prize. She teaches at writing conferences and residencies, and her blog has been featured on Beyond Your Blog and Freshly Pressed. Currently she writes fiction for teens and tweens (and adults, too).
Teaching Style: As a former math teacher, Eva believes in structured lessons and organization. Her classes are a mixture of lecture (with helpful handouts), discussion, writing exercises, and peer critiques. Her goal is to provide participants with concrete advice and resources, time to practice, and the opportunity to be workshopped by other writers.
