The Collection: Introduction to Flower Design

The introductory flower design course is an excellent program to expand your skills into the world of professional flower designing, covering approximately eight to ten different design styles and techniques. You will progress from American to European to bridal design approaches. The course consists of numerous projects, all completed during class time with hands-on instruction.

All learning is hands-on, with all your flowers and containers included in your tuition. The course also covers buying flowers at the wholesale level, helping you understand the practical business aspects of floral design. The introductory class welcomes students who want to pick up flowers from the store or the garden and create beautiful designs. You will find this course rewarding. It's ideal for people who simply love flowers and want to develop the ability to create beautiful, professional designs.
