How booking works
Find a class, pick a date and book your seats in a few minutes. You get a booking email right away, and reminders before class.
Find a class
Browse by city and category, search for what you want to learn, or search near a ZIP code. Every class page shows the price, the dates, where it meets, the school's cancellation policy and student reviews.
Book and pay
Choose a date and how many seats you need, and add the name and email of each person coming. Pay by card at checkout.
You can also pay with a CourseHorse gift card, a promo code, your CourseHorse credit or reward points.
Confirmation
Your booking email arrives right away. The school then confirms your seat, usually within 24 hours.
Before class
Once your seat is confirmed, we email reminders 7 days and 2 days before class with the class details.
For an online class, the school sends the join link before class. When it has one, it is also on your booking in My classes.
Your bookings
You don't need an account to book. Book as a guest with your email, and set a password with that email later to see your bookings.
With an account, My classes lists every booking, and your Wallet shows your credit, points and gift cards.
Reward points
You earn 10% back in points on every class you book, and 15% back on gift cards you buy. 100 points = $1. Once your points add up to $5.00 or more, they come off your next booking automatically at checkout.
Change of plans
Open the booking in My classes and choose Change or cancel. Our booking policies explain what each school's policy allows.

Questions people ask
Do I need an account to book a class?
No. You can book as a guest with your email. To manage the booking later, set a password with the same email and open My classes.
When is my booking confirmed?

Can I book a class for someone else?
Yes. Add their name and email for their seat at checkout. They get their own class emails. You can also give a CourseHorse gift card and let them choose.
Can I book a private event for my team?
Yes. CourseHorse Groups has team building and private events for groups, in person and online.
