Description

"Newbie Only Pole!" Is a Beginner Pole Dance Foundations Class for New Pole Dance Students (only).

This class is not intended for students with 3+ Months of Pole Dance Experience. Space is limited to 11 ladies so reserve your pole Now!

Wear: Comfy Stretching Clothing. Heels are Optional. No lotions or oils on the body prior to class. 

Arrive Early for Instruction and class Warm-Up.

Note:

  • Please wear/bring shorts & a tank or tee.
  • If you are uncomfortable with shorts you may wear leggings.
  • Arrive 10-15 minutes before the start of your class.
  • Students can benefit from bringing a bag with an extra pair of shorts, leggings, a spare t-shirt or tank top, bottle water, hand towel for those really tough workouts, hair tie, socks, knee-pads and heels (heels not required, however fun to wear in certain classes such as pole dance classes).

Refund Policy

Students are required to cancel within 1 hour of class start time, please contact Coursehorse at [email protected] or 212-729-4088, if they are unable to make a class session.

There are no refunds.

In any event where a customer wants to cancel their enrollment and is eligible for a full refund, a 5% processing fee will be deducted from the refund amount.
