This engaging class begins with preparing a warm and comforting bowl of authentic miso soup. You'll then master both hand-rolled sushi (temaki) and inside-out rolls (uramaki), creating dishes made with thoughtfully selected gluten-free, nut-free, and dairy-free ingredients. Begin by crafting a savory shrimp tempura hand roll, progress to a unique sweet potato hand roll, and finish by preparing a delicious spicy tuna roll that brings together all the techniques you've learned.
