Description

Interested in trying out ceramics but want to make sure you end up with something from a course? This specialized course is designed for those looking to craft their own functional and cohesive dinnerware. You will gain the foundational knowledge on how to handbuild from slab to bowl and be able to walk out with a beautiful, handmade dinnerware set ready to impress at your next gathering.

What you’ll create:

2 dinner plates, 2 salad plates, 2 bowls, 2 cups

Each student can make a larger set, but likely will need outside class time to complete more than 2 of each piece.

Let’s make mealtime even more special—one plate at a time!

What’s included?

Hands-on instruction in both techniques
24/7 studio access—because inspiration doesn’t follow a schedule
A welcoming community of fellow creators
Access to a full selection of food-safe studio glazes

Once the semester has been completed, we will have a dinner party where our teacher will host a supper club where you can show off your hard work with friends and family. Tickets are an additional $50.00 and will be scheduled mid-course to confirm any dietary restrictions an allergies.
