Take part in a lively Italian cooking session where you’ll learn how to prepare fresh tagliatelle entirely from scratch.

Making fresh pasta may seem like something reserved for restaurants, but it’s completely achievable in your own kitchen. Once your tagliatelle is ready, you’ll prepare a rich red wine Bolognese, slowly cooked with onions, carrots, celery, garlic, mushrooms, tomatoes and herbs. To complete the dish, you’ll add grated Parmesan and fresh parsley for a classic finish. Enroll today to practice traditional Italian techniques and build confidence in home cooking.

This interactive class offers a hands-on experience guided by Chef Vinny in a relaxed, social setting. The session takes place at a local public venue in New Jersey (location varies by date), with all ingredients and professional tools provided. Chef Vinny shares practical tips and techniques throughout, making each step easy to follow, even for beginners. You’ll prepare a full dish from start to finish and enjoy it at the end of class, all while learning in a welcoming, no-pressure environment. Guests are welcome to purchase wine or beer from the venue to enjoy during the experience.
