Bathe with rising and falling rhythms, tonalities, and vibrations of a huge earth gong tuned to the sound of AUM, the universal cord. This gong bath is 90 minutes long and gives you the opportunity to deepen your experience. Following the gong bath, there will be time for discussion.
Sitting on a chair is preferable to receive the empowering benefits for this particular gong bath as energies can emerge up your spine. As well, the powerful vibrations can resonate straight into your energy centers or chakras to provide a more dynamic experience. If you are unable to sit, you may lie on the floor. Some floor cushions are available, or you may want to bring your own. Space is limited, so register early.

Classes are non-transferable. Any refund request must be made within 15 business days of the first class of a course. A 5% processing fee will be applied towards refund requests.
In any event where a customer wants to cancel their enrollment and is eligible for a full refund, a 5% processing fee will be deducted from the refund amount.
