The CompTIA Server+ certification (SK0-005) has both performance-based and multiple-choice exam questions from all four domains. There are three new domains added to the CompTIA Server+ exam and they are - Server Hardware Installation and Management, Server Administration, Security, and Disaster Recovery.
IMPORTANT NOTE: Candidates who’ve been preparing for the CompTIA Server+ (SK0-004) must apply for and take their exam before December 2021. The CompTIA Server+ (SK0-004) exam expires at the end of December 2021 and the new CompTIA Server+ (SK0-005) version will come into effect.
If you’ve been preparing for the CompTIA Server+ (SK0-004) exam but failed to take it before December 2021, you can still shift to the new version of the exam.
