Our Online Teen Acting Intensive explores:

Acting

ensemble building
script analysis
scene study
introduction to The Barrow Group acting tools
rehearsal and performance tools
culminates in an open class for friends and family to attend

No prerequisites or audition required.

This class teaches our specific approach to storytelling, and introduces students to the same tools that our adult professional actors work with.

In our teen classes, students are asked to observe fellow classmates’ work and give objective feedback based on what changed/what was different after an adjustment is given. Honing observation skills in this way is crucial to the learning process and understanding of The Barrow Group approach.

Remote Learning

This course is available for "remote" learning and will be available to anyone with access to an internet device with a microphone (this includes most models of computers, tablets). Classes will take place with a "Live" instructor at the date/times listed below.

Upon registration, the instructor will send along additional information about how to log-on and participate in the class.

Refund Policy

All payments are non-refundable (unless the school cancels the class).

Commitment is for the duration of the session. There are no credits or refunds for individual missed classes. If you discontinue any class before the ending date of the session, you forfeit your fee.

If you need to cancel a full class session (the full 6, 8, or 10 week class) for any reason, you must notify us by email at [email protected] at least 8 business days before the registered class start date, and we will apply a credit to your account for a future class. Credits are valid for one-year.
If a student wishes to transfer to a different class, they must notify us by email at [email protected] at least 8 business days before the first day of the registered class. No transfers will be allowed after this.

A student may not transfer to a different class once a class has begun.

The school reserve the right to change teachers at any time.

In any event where a customer wants to cancel their enrollment and is eligible for a full refund, a 5% processing fee will be deducted from the refund amount.
