This introductory class will help you to understand and work with the multidisciplinary Revit software regardless of your discipline role. The class will introduce the BIM workflow, User Interface, Navigation, Modify and Editing tools, as well as basic 3d modeling to get you ready to start learning Revit regardless of discipline focus. Subsequent Revit classes will teach the full capabilities of this software. This course is AIA accredited.
Who Should Attend?
This class requires no previous experience and is a prerequisite for all other Revit classes. It will provide a firm understanding of the Revit design software basics. The student will be able to understand how Revit design software fits in with the BIM workflow, how to navigate and perform basic modeling to get them up and running with Revit regardless of the discipline focus.
This course is available for "remote" learning and will be available to anyone with access to an internet device with a microphone (this includes most models of computers, tablets). Classes will take place with a "Live" instructor at the date/times listed below.
