Description

There are few better ways to express your love, whether for yourself or others, than by offering handmade chocolate. This class teaches you to craft beautiful chocolate truffles from scratch under the guidance of our experienced Pastry Chef Instructor.

You will master the essential techniques of tempering, piping, dipping, and decorating chocolate, creating professional-looking truffles that are sure to impress. No prior experience is required. We provide all necessary equipment and ingredients, which are readily available at local markets, should you wish to recreate the experience in your own kitchen. Each student takes home 12 handmade truffles.

Our classes are designed to be casual, fun, and educational rather than intense or overly technical. Whether you are a passionate home baker wanting to participate in every step or a first-time participant who prefers to observe and assist, you will find the class equally enjoyable and engaging.

Important Information:

Please arrive 15 minutes early to allow time for parking and check-in, particularly if you are attending as part of a large group.
Participants work in groups, sharing equipment and ingredients throughout the class.
Alcoholic beverages are not permitted on the premises. You are welcome to bring non-alcoholic drinks of your choice to enjoy during class.
To ensure the safety and enriching experience of all participants, children aged 14 to 17 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian. Classes are intended for adults aged 18 and older.

Refund Policy

Cancellation or reschedule request has to be made at least 5 business days before the class for groups of less than 6 people and 16 business days for groups of 6 people or more.

For cancellation requests, please contact us at [email protected] in order to receive credits for booking a future class. Tickets are non-refundable.

However, you are always welcome to send someone in your place because we understand things could happen.

In any event where a customer wants to cancel their enrollment and is eligible for a full refund, a 5% processing fee will be deducted from the refund amount.
