Experience the joy and ease of preparing authentic Philadelphia rolls in this interactive sushi-making class led by Chef Amerilis. You'll master the fundamentals of handling short-grain rice and nori, then layer in cream cheese, salmon, and avocado for this classic combination. Refine your rolling technique to create perfectly formed sushi, then present your creations beautifully on the plate. Finish with soy sauce or wasabi to bring out all the complex flavors of your homemade creation.

About This Class:

If you cancel less than 48 hours before your scheduled class, you will be billed the full amount for the class.

In any event where a customer wants to cancel their enrollment and is eligible for a full refund, a 5% processing fee will be deducted from the refund amount.
