Description

July is the best time to prepare for the holidays! Cute ornaments, gift toppers, garlands, and stocking stuffers are a festive addition to any winter holiday celebration. Using basic crochet stitches, you can make a variety of colorful decorations for gifts or for your own home. 

Prerequisites: Adventurous beginner crochet skills required. *Note: This is not a class for those who want to learn how to crochet. 


Materials: 

  • Pattern: Patterns will be free and provided. 
  • Yarn: worsted weight scraps of various colors 
  • Beads (optional): for berries on popcorn garlands, baubles on trees, and the like 
  • Ribbons (optional): scraps for embellishment 

Tools: 

  • Crochet hook: 3.75mm or 4mm 
  • Sewing needle & thread for beads & ribbons 
  • Yarn needle 
  • Scissors 
  • Stitch markers 

Students receive a 10% discount on materials & tools purchased for the class from The Knitting Tree, L.A. 


Class Policies-- PLEASE READ! We do require a 72-hour advance notice for cancellations to receive credit for another class. No credit, partial or full, will be given for cancellations made less than 72 hours prior to the start of the event. This class is for adults, no children under 13 please.

Refund Policy

  • We do require a 4 business days advance notice for cancellations. A 5% non-refundable processing fee will be applied for refund requests.
  • No refunds, partial or full, will be given for cancellations made less than 4 business days prior to the start of the event.

In any event where a customer wants to cancel their enrollment and is eligible for a full refund, a 5% processing fee will be deducted from the refund amount.
