Neapolitan Pizza Party (For Two People)
Chef Craig was amazing, friendly and knowledgable...and the class was a blast! We each got to make multiple pizzas, (so we were really getting the hang of handling the dough!), and we joyfully ate what we made in class. Delicious!!! We also took home dough we made in class for future pizzas. Such a fun class, (great for a date night or birthday imho!), at such a reasonable price, we will be back for more classes!!! Cheers!!! -

EXCELLENT instructor. She was encouraging, engaging and very patient. This was the very first time for me to make bread and I thought the class would be way over my head but she emailed me in advance to reassure me that I could do it and I did make a great loaf even though my dough did not rise until hours later. I would take classes from JJ again. -

Bread Baking Basics
Dario is a great instructor; he is incredibly patient and will make sure everyone is comfortable and productive. He provided great tips and encouraged us to ask him questions. I enjoyed learning how to shape and handle different doughs, and I liked how we got to take our own dough home to try it ourselves. Since I wasn’t heading home right away, the restaurant was kind enough to refrigerate my dough to pick up later. -
Bread Baking Basics
Absolutely fantastic! It's a fun class for beginners. We played with dough and baked bread. We even got to take home some dough and freshly baked bread. The teacher was great and made it easy for everyone to follow along. If you like bread and you have ever wanted to take a class, this is the one to take. -
Whole Wheat Sourdough Bread
Though I have made sourdough many times with store bought flour, I took this class because I've never made 100% wholewheat bread. I enjoyed the whole process, we actually ground the wheat we used to make the dough, which was a first for me. The flavor of wholewheat bread made with freshly ground wheat is really good and the taste is so different from wholewheat bread you buy in a store. We had to take our dough home to bake (sourdough bread making is longer process so I knew we couldn't bake the dough we made in class, since it was a 3-hour class). We taste sampled bread that the instructor had made earlier and baked in class and he also made fresh butter - it was all delicious. We also got enough wheat berries and fresh ground wheat to take home make more bread, plus sourdough starter. The people in the class ranged from those who had never made any kind of bread before to some who had experience with sourdough. I thought the instructor was very good at explaining things to everybody and answering questions as they came up. -
Bread Baking Basics
Very organize. No time wasted. Dario is very patient. He gives instructions clearly and shared good baking tips. He is a good instructor. Class is recommendable. -
