French macarons may be notoriously difficult for the home baker, but now you can learn the secrets from a professional French Chef. Join executive pastry chef Vincent Guiheneuf, and discover how to create this delicious French treat.

Discover the secrets to the best ingredients, how to make the perfect meringue and find out what gives macarons the best color and flavor. Learn the proper technique for the macaronage and how to pipe your macarons like a pro. Chef Vincent will show you how to make irresistible macarons using the French meringue batter method and how to make the ultimate chocolate ganache – 2 fundamental pastry skills.

This fun workshop is made for all levels with easy to follow instructions.

  • Macarons are made with almond flour, dairy, and eggs. The filling may contain fruit, nuts, and alcohol. Macarons are naturally gluten-free.

This event requires a minimum of 3 participants to operate. If it’s canceled you’ll receive a notice with optional dates or a full refund.

Refund Policy

  • 100% refundable ticket for cancellations made up to 8 business days in advance.
  • No refunds after 8 business days from the date of the event.
In any event where a customer wants to cancel their enrollment and is eligible for a full refund, a 5% processing fee will be deducted from the refund amount.

The class requires a minimum of 3 participants to operate. If it’s canceled you’ll receive a notice with optional dates or a full refund less a 5% non-refundable registration fee.

    I thought chef vincent did an excellent job in showing how to make basic french macarons using the proper tools, tips and was very knowledgeable. He has great energy and you can tell he has a passion for it. I would defitnitely recommend taking his class of you are a beginner or need help with troubleshooting, like me lol.

    Vincent was amazing! Well prepared and efficient. It was a small intimate class (I didn’t know what to expect when I signed up). I loved that it was a small class! Vincent was able to customize the class to us and all of our questions were answered. It wasn’t intimidating at all. Plus being able to be hands on was great! He was so nice and thorough, and shared his recipes!

What kind of oven are you using? Convection or convention?

Hi Kim! The chef uses a convection oven but it works well as a traditional oven (no fan setting) as long as you bake at the right temperature, you are fine. Hope this helps!

Is there a vegan version of this class or would I be able to attend this class but make adjustments so that my macarons would be vegan?

Hi there! There is no adjustment possible for vegan macarons. The macaron shells are made with egg white (meringue) and the filling is chocolate ganache made with heavy cream. Thank you.
