Cancellation and Refund Policy: At Busy Bodies Musical Theatre, we understand that plans can change and we aim to be as flexible as possible. However, to ensure the efficient operation of our classes and to be fair to all participants, we have established the following cancellation and refund policy:
Cancellations:
- More than 1 Week Prior to Class Start Date: Participants who cancel their enrollment more than one week before the start of the class will be eligible for a full refund of any fees paid.
- Less Than 1 Week Prior to Class Start Date: If a cancellation is made less than one week before the class begins, the participant will be charged a cancellation fee amounting to 50% of the class fee. The remaining 50% will be refunded.
- After Class Start Date: No refunds will be issued once classes have started.
Process for Cancellation:
- To cancel your enrollment, please notify us in writing via email to [Your Email Address] or by postal mail to [Your Mailing Address]. The date on which the letter or email is received will be considered the date of the cancellation request.
- Refunds will be processed within 14 business days from the date of receiving the cancellation request and will be issued to the original method of payment unless specified otherwise.
Exceptions: Exceptions to this policy may be considered on a case-by-case basis in the event of severe circumstances such as serious illness or family emergency. Documentation supporting the exceptional circumstances may be required.
No-Shows: Participants who fail to attend without notice will not be eligible for refunds.
