Discover the vibrant flavors of Peru through one of its most iconic dishes: ceviche. In this hands-on cooking class, you'll learn how to prepare traditional Peruvian ceviche using fresh fish, lime juice, aji peppers, red onion, cilantro, and authentic leche de tigre.

Along the way, you'll build essential culinary skills, including proper knife techniques, seafood handling, flavor balancing, and elegant plating. You'll also explore the rich cultural history and traditions behind Peru's national dish, gaining a deeper appreciation for the ingredients and methods that have made ceviche celebrated around the world.

By the end of class, each participant will have created their own beautifully plated traditional Peruvian ceviche and leave with the confidence to recreate this fresh, flavorful dish at home.

Whether you're a seasoned cook or a beginner, this class offers a unique and delicious experience that will leave you with a newfound appreciation for the art of cooking. Please arrive 15 minutes early to check in. Guests in the same booking party will work together throughout the class by sharing ingredients and equipment. This class is BYOB! For those 21+, feel free to bring your favorite wine or beer to pair with your delicious and handmade meal.

Refund Policy

Cancellation or reschedule request has to be made at least 5 business days before the class for groups of less than 6 people and 16 business days for groups of 6 people or more.

For cancellation requests, please contact us at [email protected] in order to receive credits for booking a future class. Tickets are non-refundable.

However, you are always welcome to send someone in your place because we understand things could happen.

In any event where a customer wants to cancel their enrollment and is eligible for a full refund, a 5% processing fee will be deducted from the refund amount.
