Description

Fresh, handmade pasta represents one of culinary's greatest pleasures, and creating it yourself offers satisfaction on every level. Master the fundamentals of pasta-making in this engaging class where you'll learn to prepare the perfect dough, develop proper rolling and cutting techniques, and complete your creation with a rich, roasted garlic bechamel sauce that elevates the finished dish.

No prior experience is required. Our instructors provide all equipment and ingredients, sourced from easily accessible local markets, if you'd like to replicate the recipes at home. Our classes maintain a relaxed, instructional atmosphere without pretension. Whether you're a passionate cooking enthusiast who wants hands-on involvement in every step or a curious first-timer who enjoys observing, assisting, and tasting, this class welcomes all participation styles and experience levels.

Participants in the same booking group will collaborate throughout the session, sharing ingredients and equipment as you prepare your meal. Plan to arrive 15 minutes early to check in. Beverages are available for purchase at the bar and are not included with your ticket. Participants must be 21 years or older to attend.

Refund Policy

Cancellation or reschedule request has to be made at least 5 business days before the class for groups of less than 6 people and 16 business days for groups of 6 people or more.

For cancellation requests, please contact us at [email protected] in order to receive credits for booking a future class. Tickets are non-refundable.

However, you are always welcome to send someone in your place because we understand things could happen.

In any event where a customer wants to cancel their enrollment and is eligible for a full refund, a 5% processing fee will be deducted from the refund amount.
