We will start off with an intro to the workshop discussing the history behind ecstatic dance as well as the healing benefits of stretching and then head into tantric relating partner games and then a cacao ceremony for the first hour.
The second hour we will move into stretching, partner massage and movement where we will be able to gently release stored energy from the body and get you ready to connect with yourself and your partner.
The last hour we will be dancing and ending it with a gratitude/closing circle. Afterwards you can be able to shop and mingle with your ecstatic family.
This class/event takes place in our outdoor garden that's equipped with space heaters and blankets, please dress accordingly.
