Description

The power to release that which is holding us stagnant in patterns of habits and thoughts that no longer serve our journey towards returning to our deepest, truest selves is held within the Breath. Through a journey of 3 different breath patterns combined with sound, massage and tapping (with permission), Amy gently guides you on that journey home. Each session will begin with an explanation of the breaths/info/questions before moving into a little movement to open the body, a grounding meditation, and then the journey through 3 rounds of breath and a mini soundbath after. Time is allotted for sharing after.

This class/event takes place in our covered outdoor garden that's equipped with space heaters and blankets, please dress accordingly. Events will take place rain or shine.

Refund Policy

For full refund less 5% cancellation fee, we require 2 business days notice of cancellations.

Refunds for no-shows after the class has taken place are to be issued on a case-by-case basis, but are usually 50% refund of the course price.
