Pâte à Choux Pastries
We took the pastry class with Stephanie and had a great experience! She was knowledgeable, patient and a wonderful instructor! We will definitely be looking for more classes to take! -
Fundamentals of Handmade Pasta
Chef Luana’s pasta-making class was an incredible experience! She was so warm and hospitable, making everyone feel right at home. We learned how to make fresh fettuccine and spaghetti from scratch, and she even treated us to a delicious dessert and coffee afterward. You can truly feel her passion for cooking, and I would highly recommend this class to anyone looking for a fun and authentic Italian cooking experience. -

Vegan Chinese Takeout Favorites
Chef Andy was friendly, approachable, interactive in her teaching style, very knowledgeable and eager to share her cooking experience and knowledge with us. She was non-judgmental about the skills and knowledge and questions asked by us. The food was delicious. The only suggestion would be to provide the recipes at the beginning so we could follow along and take notes as we went. Overall a fabulous experience and I would definitely take another class from Chef Andy! -
Sushi Rolling for Beginners
This course is run by Chef Franco of Franco Sushi. He is an excellent teacher, and he is very prompt with communication before and after the class. This would be an ideal class for a date night as well, since he can run it as a private class for 2 people. -

Our gnocchi making class with Chef Jamie was a fantastic way to spend an evening. I felt that Chef Jamie not only took the time to get to know us but also provided an encouraging and playful environment to learn in. I would highly recommend this course and specifically Chef Jamie to anyone considering. -

Chocolate Tutorial
The choclate course was incredible. Chef Lisa is very nice, very funny, a great teacher, and welcomed us into her home. I purchased these tickets as a birthday gift for my bestie. It was a fun girls-day-out!! The class was fun and informative but not intimidating at all. We made several types of chocolates and we are definitely not chefs -- but we were able to do it! :) Chef Lisa guided us the whole time as we laughed and talked with her. It was like we knew her for years. We would definitely do a class with her again! Thanks Chef! -

Chef Luana's was so fun! I feel very well prepared to make pasta on my own and just might be booking another class with her to learn how to make her delicious marinara sauce. -

Our instructor, Chef Luana, was excellent. I learned so much and everything turned out delicious (I am excited about leftovers). I would recommend the class to anyone interested in learning how to make pasta.
