Join Pans On Fire for an exciting hands-on croissant baking class that welcomes both experienced bakers and kitchen newcomers. Under the guidance of our skilled culinary instructors, you will master the techniques required to craft authentic laminated croissants from scratch. The process will reveal the secrets to achieving the signature flaky, buttery texture that makes homemade croissants so special. By the end of class, you will have produced your own beautiful croissants to bring home and enjoy with family and friends, experiencing the pride and satisfaction of freshly baked pastry.

Class Refund, Exchange & Cancellation Policy
When you purchase a seat in one of our public cooking classes, it is not refundable except if the class is canceled by the school.
We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule classes due to low enrollment, chef illness or other unforeseen events; if we do so, you may elect a refund or bank your tuition to your account for a future class.
Special Cancellation Policy for Summer Cooking Camp
Payments are non-refundable but camper can transfer to another summer camp in the same season, if a seat is available, if notice is given no later than 11 business days before the scheduled camp. There is no refund or credit, full or partial, for camper illness or any other reason for non-attendance. Missed Class(es). We cannot offer partial refunds for days of camp or classes missed due to illness or other unforeseen changes in plans.
In any event where a customer wants to cancel their enrollment and is eligible for a full refund, a 5% processing fee will be deducted from the refund amount.
