Schedule: The Angel Masterclass happens during the weekend between week 10 and week 11 of the Venture Capital/Private Equity Investment Apprenticeship investor track.

The Individual may, subject to the terms below, terminate/cancel the program by submitting a notice in writing to CourseHorse at [email protected].
(a) If a Termination Notice for a specified Program Session is received more than sixty (60) calendar days prior to the start date of the specified Program Session, then the Individual will be refunded fifty percent (50%) of the Program Deposit they paid for that Program Session, the Individual will be relieved of the obligation to pay any remaining Program Fee balance for that Program Session, and the Individual will be refunded hundred percent (100%) of the Program Fees paid by the Individual above the Program Deposit for that Program Session.
(b) If a Termination Notice for a specified Program Session is received less than or equal to sixty (60) days prior to the start date of the specified Program Session, then the Program Deposit for that Program Session will not be refunded to the Individual, the Individual will be relieved of the obligation to pay any remaining Program Fee balance for that Program Session, and the Individual will be refunded fifty percent (50%) of any Program Fees paid by the Individual above the Program Deposit for that Program Session.
(c) If a Termination Notice for a specified Program Session is received after the start date of the specified Program Session, then neither the Program Deposit nor any Program Fees will be refunded for that Program Session.
(d) If the deadline to submit such a Termination Notice falls on a weekend or holiday, then the deadline shall be the next available calendar day.
(e) If an Individual requires a visa or border crossing to participate in a Program Session selected above in Section 1 and is unable to receive a visa despite the Individual’s best efforts or is denied entry into the United States, then we will refund hundred percent (100%) of the Program Deposit and hundred percent (100%) of any Program Fees paid by the Individual above the Program Deposit.
(f) Refunds shall be paid to the Individual within ninety (90) calendar days of receipt of the Termination Notice.
