Supplies You Must Bring and Prepare:

• Supplies and materials are NOT included with your registration. Please bring your own complete drawing supplies to the session.
• Recommended basic drawing supplies for this session include: Strathmore Medium Drawing Spiral Paper Pad (eleven inches by fourteen inches), Tombow 61001 MONO Drawing Pencil Set with multiple grades, and Pentel Hi-Polymer Eraser for effective lead pencil work and correction

Important Logistics and Session Information:

• We provide a five-minute break every twenty minutes to allow the model adequate rest time and physical recovery. Following each break period, the model returns to the identical pose, so you can continue your work seamlessly without losing progress
• We cannot accommodate dry pastels for documented health and safety reasons, open ink containers that could spill, or paint mediums other than watercolor, which is manageable in our space
• The doors to our venue open exactly fifteen minutes prior to the official session start time. Please plan your arrival accordingly, as there is no indoor waiting area available inside the building prior to opening. The doorman will direct you to the appropriate classroom location
• This event takes place on the third floor of a building that does not have elevator access. Guests arriving after the official start time will be seated at the discretion of the monitor based on space availability
• Photography is strictly prohibited whenever the model is actively posing for the group. This policy protects the model's privacy and dignity
• We kindly request that any ticket rescheduling, cancellation, or modification requests be submitted at least forty-eight hours before the scheduled class date. Due to our limited space availability and venue constraints, we retain all spots for committed ticket holders
