FAQs
Can I bring my children on the tour?
While children are welcome, our tours are primarily geared toward a mature audience, since we sample a wide variety of cuisine and explore history and culture in depth. Younger children sometimes become disengaged. Although we are family-friendly, please consider whether your child will enjoy the experience before booking. We have found that children 8 years and older tend to enjoy the Little Italy and Chinatown Food Tour.
How much walking is involved?
We walk no more than half a mile at a moderate pace. During the three hours, there are frequent standing breaks, so you are not walking the entire time. There are also a few opportunities to sit throughout the tour.
Is the tour wheelchair and baby stroller accessible?
While we would like to accommodate wheelchair and stroller needs, coordination may take extra time due to the geographic limitations of the area. With advance notice, we may be able to make arrangements for your visit.
