Tour routes may be adjusted if severe weather creates genuine safety concerns; however, we consistently ensure complete and satisfying tours are always delivered to all participants. Please wear comfortable walking shoes suitable for several hours of urban exploration and dress appropriately for seasonal conditions, as participants spend the majority of the tour walking outdoors exploring the neighborhoods.

- Restrooms are available at most pizzerias
- Most of the walking tours are wheelchair accessible. The only walking tours that are not fully accessible yet are the West Village and Downtown Brooklyn tours, which have steps getting into the first pizzerias.
