The Stand-Up Comedy Workshop is a comprehensive program designed to transform you into a confident performer. This intensive experience combines group instruction with personalized one-on-one coaching and culminates in a live performance opportunity.

Program components:

  • Three group comedy classes
  • Two private writing sessions with Stephen, offering a rare opportunity to work directly with a professional comic to refine your material, enhance your humor, and develop truly original comedy
  • A live performance at Gotham Comedy Club

Who should attend?

  • Beginners and experienced comics alike
  • Anyone seeking to elevate their comedy career to the next level and beyond

Where will it be held?

  • In-person group classes take place at Ripley-Grier Studios in Manhattan
  • Private writing sessions are conducted via Zoom or phone consultation
  • The live performance happens at Gotham Comedy Club (note: show date and location subject to change)

Refund Policy

Refund Policies:  

A full refund of tuition, less the $500.00 deposit fee is made when a student withdraws from the program before the first class. This request must be put in writing. Once the program begins, tuition is non-refundable.

In any event where a customer wants to cancel their enrollment and is eligible for a full refund, a 5% processing fee will be deducted from the refund amount.
