I have to tell you Nicole was wonderful! She didn't give us a text book demonstration, she had a basic outline of our requirements and expanded it based on our questions and immediate needs. She was patient, polite, funny and it was like she was a member our team. She also didn't get frustrated when we went off in different directions or all spoke at once.
We will definitely use your services and Nicole as a trainer again. I do not know what our time line may be but we are very happy!
