Teacher was great!
-
The chef gave excellent tips on how to make pasta dough, how to use the pasta maker, how to shape ravioli, and what to do with leftover dough at home without fancy equipment. Would have loved to have made the filling/sauce as well but I think they were prepared in advance to save time.

We had a great time learning how to make homemade ricotta ravioli. Chef Una was helpful and so was her assistant Ryan. Our raviolis came out perfect and we had so much fun with our classmates. Only downfall was that the class was within the hotel bar. I think it would be nicer if it were in a private space.

This ricotta class was so much fun! The recipe was absolutely amazing and I’m so glad they gave us the instructions to recreate at home.
The instructors were very attentive and helped us along the way. We really did make the ravioli ourselves!
The only reason this didn’t receive 5 stars is because I wish we could’ve made the brown butter sage sauce but I do understand that would require each attendee to have a stove which could be a bit difficult. But again, we received the recipe so I’ll be recreating at home!

It was very informative, and so helpful when the teacher would come around and hand demonstrate technique at the table. But the beginning of the class felt very disorganized and slow to get started, despite the fact that everyone was asked to be present and ready 15 minutes in advance.

We had an awesome time with Oonagh. She was patient, informative and fun. Great idea for a date night, or a gift. Would do another class with CocuSocial.
-
-
I enjoyed it a lot.
-
-
My team and I loved the class. It was fun and educational and made for a great team event outside of the office.
-
-
-
Excellent instructor. Great environment.
The only problem for us was the rice. It wasn’t cooked properly, at least when we compare it to some NYC restaurants we’ve been to.

This course is not on how to make cheese, it’s how to pull cheese, so I found the description misleading (as did many others in the class). The instructors directions did not match the recipe written out that she provided, and finally, the ingredients (tomatoes, basil, cheese curd) were not high quality, which is very frustrating in a good class.
-
I learned a lot and thought the chef did a great job instructing the class - she made it really fun!
-
Chef was an amazing, patient, and fun instructor.
-
I was disappointed because I misunderstood the topic. I thought we would be learning how to make mozzarella from fresh milk which is what I was interested in. Instead it was the ways to handle and process already made, supplier-bought mozzarella. The instructor could not have been nicer and it was a good time all the same...though I really did not learn anything new, my bad!

Had such a great time! Oonagh was patient and wonderful as an instructor. She catered the event to our needs and was very engaging with the whole group. Will do again!!
-
Oonagh is a great instructor! She is very helpful during class and did a great job at explaining what we needed to do. It is a fun class that is great to do with family, friends, colleagues, etc.
-
Super fun experience that I would highly recommend! The instructor was personable and helpful. A great environment to be in, along with great food to try.
-
Great teacher, great variety and very informative. Highly recommend.
-
-
The chefs were amazing! We had a great time, learned a lot, and are great food! We can’t wait to do another class!
-
Oonagh was a lovely teacher, well informed and informative for us as a class. The class was quite large which sometimes meant there were some questions which couldn't be answered at the time. Many thanks to Oonagh for a great class.
-
The class was very instructive and we learned and enjoyed a lot. This is a fun activity for couples or group of friends. Although we arrived late (we confused the address) we were able to keep up with the rest of the class. The instructors were very nice and assistive.

-
Very informative.
-
Great class. Naeem Rinstructor made it fun and was knowledgeable about different foods and meats. Would do it again
-
-
Informative, engaging and an overall wonderful experience! I can't wait to take the tools I learned from this class and apply them in the kitchen at home. I highly recommend!
-
The class was called mozzarella and burrata making, but we didn't do the latter. It was merely a mention about what burrata is. That was disappointing but I'm glad I took the class.
-
Don’t learn to make curds... they provide... wish we would’ve done from scratch. Also would prefer a smaller class.
-
$65 seems high to be told to make cheese you need cheese curd and hot water.
But the teacher was nice and it’s a fun activity to do with friends.
-
-
Pros — Clear instructions. Good ambience. Good for date night.
Cons — Slightly expensive. Need to buy mat after which adds a step to practicing. We didn’t make the rice, which is really hard.
-
-
I found the class fun an informative, but it is not a burrata making class. We only made mozzarella from curd. Overall, a nice introduction with a fun group of people, but it doesn't cover the entire cheesemaking process. Either way, a nice Sunday afternoon for the price.
-
This was such a great experience. I love sushi and learning to make sushi rolls is an added level of appreciation I have when I dine out. The instructors took their time to ensure everyone understood exactly how to spread the rice on the seaweed, how to cut and lay out the ingredients and then how to carefully roll it to take form. This class was fun and I encourage other sushi lovers to take part.

My husband and I were planning our date night and thought taking a sushi-making class would be fun. It's something we've been wanting to try for a while. We had such a great time! Oonagh and her assistant did a fantastic job conducting the class. They were organized and attentive, and were knowledgeable about the topic. We would definitely recommend this class to anyone!
-
The instructor was wonderful and explained well.
-
great class!
straightforward and didactic and fun.
I would do it again!! for more techniques
-
-
I took a class with my friend and we had a great time! Neither one of us has ever made sushi before and we felt like we were able to make something that resembled what we get served in a Japanese restaurant. It was fun and tasty. Yum. Sticky rice.
-
We had a really good time! More fun than anticipated.
-
Great class!
-
This was a great time! Awesome way to spend a date night and learn something fun at the same time. I recommend not eating beforehand because you’ll be able to eat the sushi that you make! The instructor/chef is super helpful and explains every detail very well. Highly recommend!
-
It was an amazing experience. The food we made tasted delicious. The instructions were clear and easy to remember. Chef Oonagh makes you feel comfortable to tackle this at home as soon as you leave. You must be a sushi lover because it’s quite of a lot, which of course didn’t mind.
-
-
The instructor and assistant were great! Having a bar right next to my table was the icing on the cake. Loved the overall experience! Two thumbs up!
-
-
This was a great class! I learned a lot, had a great time, and ate a delicious dinner!
-
Wonderful and experienced instructor!
-
I took my girlfriend to the sushi making class as a birthday date. We had a better time than we usually have going to a regular sit-down restaurant. The interactive nature of the class opened the door for a lot of smiles and laughs. The food quality was very good as well - fresh fish, rice, veggies. We thoroughly enjoyed our experience and will definitely take another class in the future.
-
-
It was wonderful! Oonagh was very precise in her instructions and lend a helping hand when needed!
-
-
-
Easy to follow along and fun to learn
-
It was such a wonderful experience. The instructor was great. I would highly recommend this class for sushi lovers.
-
Went to this class over the weekend. Oonagh was a wonderful instructor. Take the class it's worth it

-
What a wonderful class! So much fun, the sushi was fresh and the instructor/service top notch! Oonagh Dibetta, our instructor, and her assistant, were kind, knowledgeable and fun! We couldn’t ask for a better experience! Thank you!
-
Fun night out. Oonagh was wonderful!
-

-
Class was amazing!! Our teacher was really nice and funny! And the pasta was delicious :)
-
Had a fabulous time! The instructor was great and delicious ravioli was made.
-
Very fun class! Awesome instructor, Una and Ben were great!
-
The class was very enjoyable and the instructor was a lot of fun. The only thing I would change is that it was held in the restaurant/lobby area of a hotel, which was kind of an odd setup. A more private or separate location would have been more comfortable in my opinion. But there was nothing wrong with the class itself.

Teacher was great funny and friendly!
-
-
Had a great time making and eating sushi. Also met other amazing couples glad I did this and got to meet other awesome people!
-
-
It was awesome - thank you
-
-
Such a great class! The instructor was amazing and so much fun to work with
-
-
The class had plenty of space and equipment for everyone to get a real hands-on experience. The goal of the class was clear and everyone accompanied it. The chef and sous-chef walked around helping everyone. I would recommend this class
-
Was a lot of fun. Chef Dibetta was helpful and explained everything clearly and gave us some suggestions at the end.
-
-
I thought it was simple to follow however the recipe posted for us to take photos of at the end of class was not the recipe we followed in class nor was it the recipe she referenced. We didn’t hand make the ricotta and she gave us the impression she used prepared ricotta plus spices.
I found some of the parts of experience anxiety provoking but I left knowing how to make ravioli which was what I set out to accomplish.
It would’ve been more fun if I was like everybody else in class who was in a group with other people they knew.
I felt like the teacher made a big deal of me not being with another individual and it started the class, from my perspective, sadly because it just reminded me of my loneliness.
I would encourage future classes to let people choose their own seats and also to be sensitive to the fact this something people probably do to be involved in the world, and not everybody has access to their gente or phones which connect them to people they are interested in spending time with who they think could or would come with them.

The class was excellent. Instructor was great. Demonstrated patience. I would recommend class to others.

-
Good class, knowledgeable instructor. Definitely filled some holes in my Sushi rolling knowledge.
-
Great class, great instructor, and delicious rolls!
-
Class was fun and the food was delicious. The instructor was knowledgeable and funny and provided assistance to everyone as needed.
-
I really liked the class, it's fun, relax and it's a nice way to meet people.
The teacher was very good, i would have loved to learn how to cook the sushi rice but because of timing, it wasn't possible.
I can only recommend it!
-
We had a great time learning to make sushi. Class size was small and instructor was knowledgeable and friendly.
-
-
-
It was okay. The instructor wasn't that helpful. She kind of just walked around super quick and showed everyone what it looked like. Knives were dull. At least my fiancé and I can somewhat roll a sushi roll now.
-
I was hoping there was more complexity to the rolls and more items to add to it. But the teacher was very good in explaining the steps and very patient too!
-
The instructor and her assistant were most helpful and patient with the student. A wonderful experience!
-
-
The chef is great! I can't believe I can make sushi.
-
-
I had a great time at my pasta making class with Oogna today! Excellent work, delicious pasta.
