Don your chef's apron and pick up your whisks as we begin this fun and interactive baking experience. You'll learn the refined art of crafting these delightful morsels that are surprisingly approachable for home bakers. Throughout the class, we'll demystify the intricate process of making these highly sought-after meringue-based sandwich cookies. You'll receive step-by-step guidance through the meringue mixing technique called macaronage, piping, baking, assembling, and, of course, the delicious tasting portion. We'll also explore various flavor profiles and filling variations to help your macarons stand out beautifully.

No experience is required. We provide all equipment and ingredients, which are readily available at local markets if you wish to recreate them at home. Our classes emphasize fun and practical instruction rather than intensive training. Whether you're an enthusiastic cook who wants to participate in every step or a first-timer who prefers observing and assisting, this class welcomes all.

Please arrive 15 minutes early for check-in, particularly if you're part of a large group. Participants will work in groups throughout the class, sharing equipment and ingredients. Outside drinks are not permitted. Beverages are available for purchase from the venue and are not included in the ticket price. This class is restricted to participants aged 21 and older. To ensure the safety and enrichment of all participants, we require that children aged 14 to 17 be accompanied by a parent or guardian during our cooking classes.
