Description

Is homemade pasta worth the investment of time and effort? Absolutely. Join our chef instructor to develop the skills needed to make fresh pasta in your own kitchen.

During this hands-on class, you will learn to prepare pasta dough from scratch, shape multiple pasta styles, and experiment with seasonal flavor variations. Each participant will enjoy their own freshly made pasta featuring two different seasonal preparations served on-site at the conclusion of the class.

Class Details:

Duration: 2.5 hours of hands-on instruction
Group size: Maximum 4 students per group
Bring your own beverages (BYOB).
Kitchen opens 10 minutes before the listed start time; instruction begins promptly at the scheduled time.
Please note: Classes are subject to cancellation if minimum participant requirements are not met. Participants arriving more than 15 minutes after the scheduled start time will not be permitted to attend, and no refunds or rescheduling will be offered.

Refund Policy

All classes/events are subject to cancellation if the minimum number of participants is not reached.
Refund/Reschedule Policy (No Exceptions): We offer a 100% refund and rescheduling. If the requests are made no later than 5 days before the start of class.
No refunds or rescheduling will be issued otherwise, unless the class/tasting is canceled by Atelier Sucré, in which case 100% of the class and fee will be refunded
Late Rescheduling Fees (No Exceptions): For rescheduling requests made within 5 days of the group class/event, there is a $50 per participant fee.
In any event where a customer wants to cancel their enrollment and is eligible for a full refund, a 5% processing fee will be deducted from the refund amount.

It was a great class. It would have been nice to learn how to make the pasta dough from scratch. The teachers were very kind and knowledgeable and patient. I really appreciated their style of teaching which was very engaging.
