We are thrilled to invite you to an exclusive, hands-on event in the heart of New York City, where everything will be authentically Italian and conducted in Italian. Join us for an unforgettable evening dedicated to the art of Italian cooking. During this special cooking night, you’ll have the opportunity to roll up your sleeves and learn how to make fresh pasta from scratch.

Not only will you master the techniques of pasta-making, but you’ll also get to savor the fruits of your labor. After crafting your pasta, you’ll sit down with fellow participants to enjoy a delightful meal together. This is more than just a cooking class; it’s a celebration of Italian culture and cuisine in an immersive and interactive setting. Come ready to cook, eat, and revel in the flavors of Italy right here in NYC. We look forward to sharing this incredible Italian experience with you!

This event includes: pasta making class, dinner: appetizers, pasta, wine, Italian culture lesson. It does not include gratuity.

Refund Policy

Group Classes:

All refund requests must be submitted via email ([email protected]) at least 6 business days before the start of the session in order to receive a full refund, minus a non-refundable $40 cancellation fee.
Prorated refunds are available only after the first class, and can no longer be given after the second class.
Mid-semester class changes will incur a $40 change fee.

Please note that the school does not prorate for anticipated absences.

Private Classes:

The fee is charged in full if cancellation is made less than 2 business days in advance.

In the event that an instructor or the school needs to cancel at the last minute, students will receive a refund less a 5% non-refundable registration fee.

In any event where a customer wants to cancel their enrollment and is eligible for a full refund, a 5% processing fee will be deducted from the refund amount.
