Simple, Seasonal Suppers: New England Clam Boil
This course was very fun and educational. Our chef David was attentive but also understood we weren't the best chef's going. I would strongly recommend this class to anyone considering it. -
Simple, Seasonal Suppers: New England Clam Boil
The course was amazing! Everyone at Haven's Kitchen was courteous, fun, energetic, and knowledgeable. They taught us very useful techniques and tips and tricks for doing things we've always done incorrectly (hold the knife so that part of your hand is on the top of the blade) and the whole experience highly enjoyable. The food was delicious and the recipes, while somewhat complex in flavor were communicated in an easy to follow and clear manner. We will undoubtedly be trying our own twist on the New England Clam Boil using everything we learned from our experience at Haven's Kitchen. We cannot wait to take our next class! -

Seafood Meal & Cake Mixing w/ Hung Huynh & Thiago Silva
Great experience. The food alone was worth it and the host, who I believe is also the manager, did a great job asking questions to the chefs and keeping us engaged. The wine was plentiful although I didn't enjoy it all that much, other than the introductory champagne. Navigating Macys and that general part of town is hellish as always but I knew that coming to the class. -
Seasonal Seafood
A good introduction to cooking sea food. Very hands on, which I love, & the food was great.
