It’s when we resist change, focusing on the negative aspects instead of the benefits, that we find ourselves in need of a corporate attitude adjustment! This course will enable you to take a creative and energetic approach to adapting to change.
What You’ll Learn
In this two-hour workshop, you’ll discover the aspects of workplace change that are within your control. Commit to modifying your work patterns to more successfully meet the challenges change brings. Examine a change model and determine ways to adapt your attitude to approach times of transition positively and productively.

In the words of Sam Cooke, “A Change is Gonna Come”. There’s no stopping it. So the sooner you learn how to embrace change, the sooner you’ll be driving positive outcomes in your career.
How it will help you
People and processes evolve differently when change occurs. You will become more aware of how you and others react to change. Apply methods for modifying your personal patterns and attitudes to make any transition a smooth one.

Any 2 hour workshop/class has a NO Refund policy.
All other class offerings have a refund policy requiring cancellation 8 business days prior to the date of the class/program for a full refund less 5% cancellation fee.
In any event where a customer wants to cancel their enrollment and is eligible for a full refund, a 5% processing fee will be deducted from the refund amount.

I was not able to take the class since I did not receive a link to be able to join!!!!! I tried to contact your company immediately, using your contact form with "EMERGENCY" but by 3:30pm did not receive any reply. Might have gotten a call (unfamiliar number) around 4:00-4:15pm, but there was no message so cannot know if is was someone from your company, and the voicemail box was "not set up yet".
Need to re-schedule or get a refund. Please email me: [email protected]
