The Daring Way is a highly experiential methodology based on the research of Dr. Brené Brown. The method was developed to help men, women, and adolescents learn how to show up, be seen, and live braver lives. The primary focus is on developing shame resilience skills and developing daily practices that transform the way we live, love, parent, and lead.
The work is facilitated through discussion, video and written exercises with the ultimate goal of challenging us to show up more courageously in our work and everyday life. We will examine the thoughts, emotions and behaviors that are holding us back and identify new choices and practices that will move us toward more authentic and wholehearted living.
The Daring Way™ workshops are for anyone who wants to:- Examine the thoughts, emotions and behaviors that stop us from moving forward
- Identify new choices and practices that move us toward more authentic and wholehearted living.
This work offers participants a unique and safe opportunity to bravely explore and develop the skills required to engage in their lives from a place of worthiness and connection. You will learn a bout the powers of vulnerability, authenticity, empathy, and compassion as they connect to values and develop a steady resilience against shame and fear.
If you want to embrace your imperfections, stop hustling for your worthiness, and have the courage to let yourself be seen, you may want to register for one of the upcoming groups.
