Loved Jeff's energy! It was my 1st contemporary dance class, fulfilling a childhood dream. I have no dance experience and I felt safe to move how my body allowed. I smiled so much and would definitely take this class again! -

I ended up being the only one at the class and Andrea improvised the lesson in a way that catered to my novice level yet allowed me to be expressive in the studio space. It was really fun and fulfilling!
