Nikkei Cuisine: Peruvian Inspired Sushi

In this engaging, hands-on cooking class, you will develop the skills needed to prepare three beautiful varieties of sushi: Tuna Maki Roll, Sweet Potato Maki Roll, and Salmon Yuke (tartare). You will also craft two traditional Peruvian pepper-based sauces to accompany your rolls. Your final plating will be so impressive that it deserves a place on your Instagram feed. These creations deliver the elegance and refinement of fine dining.

This class is designed for beginners. Your station will be fully prepared with all supplies and fresh ingredients required to create your Peruvian-inspired sushi creations. Please arrive 15 minutes early for check-in. You will be seated with your booking party and appropriately spaced from other participants. Guests in the same booking group will work together throughout the class, sharing ingredients and equipment. Beverages are not included in the ticket price but are available for purchase at the venue. Outside beverages cannot be brought in. This experience is for guests 21 and older.
