  • Highly recommend. The Home Cooking kitchen is immaculate, and well stocked. Our instructor, Chef Al as super personable and shared several cooking tips for preparing dips, noodles, knife skills, deboning chicken .... and also provided detailed hand-outs so we could replicate at home. The class was fun, interactive and informative. What's more, we had time to test and enjoy a delicious Vietnamese dinner, family style, all within the 3 hour time slot. I absolutely loved the shrimp/pork spring rolls, and the marinated chicken. Loved it so much I've signed up for another class.
  • We made pho, summer rolls, and nuoc cham, which was all delicious. Great service with complimentary wine / drinks! Abby is so wonderful and gave us a fun, educational dive into Vietnamese flavors and some new culinary techniques. Thank you!
  • Laid-back, not super strict style of cooking, but focused on flavors and creating balanced taste. Really cool guy and teacher! I am vietnamese and this was a great course
  • We loved Chef Al and his cooking class! Our first times taking a cooking class and we would absolutely take a class with Chef Al again. We want more scheduling slots for him!

  • This was my wife and I's first class at ICE and we thought it was great. The chefs were very knowledgable and had great personalities, making the class a lot of fun. We met some nice people as well. The food was delicious and having some leftovers for lunch the next day was a bonus.

I loved the workshop, the master chef is great and all what I learned was fantastic. Thank you so much! Robert
  • The course was fun, delicious, instructional, and easy. I would definitely recommend it! Flavors of Asia made simple by a great instructor, Connie. She offered some very basic knife techniques, flavor combination techniques, as well as source lists for obtaining hard to find Asian food items. The class area was clean, roomy, and efficient. Loved that part. Over all, I would say YES! Take the class!
